Customer Service Reviewer Fast Food Visit
Join our team! We are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to visit Fast Food outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc.
This work involves posing as a customer to make an enquiry and product purchase, you will be reimbursed for the product. Whilst making your enquiry you need to gather detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.
The ideal Customer Service Reviewer has an eye for detail and a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet. You will be paid for each survey you complete correctly and on time.
The number of assignments offered to you depends on your availability, your ability to successfully complete the tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability.
Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete, and payment reflects the efforts required to complete the survey. You may be required to make a purchase (which usually you can keep) for which you will be reimbursed.
